$1,500 Minimum Premium
and At least one full-time employee

AUDIT PROCEDURE: Voluntary (No Physical Audit) where applicable

SUBMISSIONS: Completed ACORD and Supplemental Applications

DOWN PAYMENT: 25% and 8 installments
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and other billing options available (upon request)

 

UNDERWRITING GUIDELINES:

The following exposures are not eligible for this program:

1. Animal Raising - Horse Farms
2. Equine Stud Farms
3. Equine Training, riding, Exhibiting or Boarding
4. Slaughtering or Rendering of any kind
5. Stockyards at cattle concentration points, which may be maintained by packing houses, stock associations or private concerns
6. Farm: Poultry
7. Livestock sales Company/Facilities used for auctions
8. Stable or Breeding farms are not eligible except incidental to raising of livestock
9. Farm: Animal raising (Fur)
10. Farms without General Liability or with combined single limits less than $500,000.00
11. Any owned or rented aircraft or watercraft exposure
12. Logging, lumbering, or other operations not related to framing
13. Any guided hunting or fishing by owners or employees
14. Leased or transient labor or volunteer labor
